Refund Policy

Before placing your order please check the size and color information which is located at the bottom of product page or by clicking on button product info. inside designer tool,

Once you place an order you Will have 10-20 minutes to request an order cancelation by the following methods

1) Email sales@customsimpleink.com

2) Contact us form 

3) Text or call 3475478547

Please make sure to include the order number and your contact information onto the cancelation request.

Then we will stop the recent order and start a refund process. 

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used to place the order.

Refunds will take 7 business days to show into your bank account.

if you placed it the order by error or want to cancel the order you will have to contact us immediately right after you click the submit button at check out within 10-20 minutes,

Otherwise no refunds will be giving if we have started the printing process and you cancel the order after the due time.

Important note!

Once you get your order please inspect it immediately for any errors, discrepancies or defects during shipping.

If you have a problem or notice a discrepancy with your order please contact us as soon as possible, You will have 24 hours to report any damage after receiving your shipment,

Returns must be authorized by support team in advance.

If your product arrives damaged or there is an error (e.g wrong item color or size), you will not be responsible for the return cost.

Therefore ensure the correct color and sizes are selected. We do not accept returns or give refunds on customized products except if there is

a printing error that differs from the approved design. If this is the case, we will print the order again for you if you still need it or we will give you a full refund
